安氏II^1经Herbst矫治器治疗后软组织侧貌轮廓变化的感知

摘　　要：目的:感知Herbst矫治器治疗安氏II^1患者治疗前后面部软组侧貌轮廓的变化。方法:该研究包含25位患者[平均年龄(10.5±0.5)岁],平均矫治时间(12±1.1)月。头颅侧位片获得不同时间的软组织侧貌:矫治前、矫治结束时、矫治结束1年后,共75个面部软组织侧貌轮廓描绘图,将评估人员120名,分为3组:专科正畸医生、普通口腔医生和非专业人员(n=40),感知其变化并选择自己认为最为完美的面部软组织侧貌轮廓图,同时使用视觉模拟量表,评估有面部软组织改变的轮廓描绘图并记分。结果:3组人员评估后更倾向于治疗后的面部软组织侧貌轮廓图。在视觉模拟定量表评估中,软组织侧貌轮廓变化是明显的,但幅度较小,专业人员感知变化量最明显。结论:早期使用Herbst矫治器治疗安氏II^1,对于软组织侧貌轮廓产生了积极的变化,这些变化在矫治结束和矫治结束1年后明显被感知。Objective:To perceive the soft tissue profile change of patients with Angle II^1 malocclution before and after treatment by Herbst appliance.Methods:25 patients(mean age 10.5±0.5 years)with AngleⅡmalocclution were included and treated with the Herbst appliance for an average period of 12±1.1 months.Three lateral cephalograms were obtained:before treatment,at the end of treatment,and 1 years after treatment,The total of 75 facial soft tissue profiles silhouettes were used for facial soft tissue profile evaluation by 120 observers orthodontists,general dentists and laypersons(n=40).At the same time,the visual analog scale was used to evaluate of the facial soft tissue change and score.Results:After assessment,the 3 groups of observers were more inclined to prefer the facial soft tissue profile immediately after treatment.However,in the visual analog quantitative table evaluation,the profile change was variable,but the amplitude was quite small,and the perceived change of the professionals was most obvious.Conclusion:Early treatment of Angle II^1 with the herbst appliance can induce positive changes on the profile of the face soft tissue.These changes are evident at the end of the treatment and 1 years after the treatment.
