植骨修复上颌骨囊肿术后骨缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：20例上颌骨囊肿病例行颌骨囊肿刮治术后,对遗留的骨腔进行同种异体松质骨小块植入修复。20例上颌骨囊肿术后植骨患者,伤口均一期愈合,无1例发生感染。同种异体松质骨小块植骨修复上颌骨囊肿摘除术后骨缺损,效果良好。20 cases of upper jaw bone cyst were treated by removal of the cyst and the bone defect was repaired by transplantation of allogeneic cancellous bone.The wound of 20 cases was all healed in one stage and there was no infection occurred in all the cases.Allogeneic cancellous bone is feasible for the repair of bone defect following removal of maxillary bone cyst.
