牙槽骨缺损区引导骨再生后正畸牙移动的临床观察1例

摘　　要：引导骨再生(GBR)技术通常用以增加缺损牙槽嵴的宽度及高度,以达到治疗所需的要求。本文报道1例GBR技术与正畸联合应用病例,修复缺损牙槽骨并通过所修复牙槽骨中正畸牙移动关闭缺牙间隙,取得了满意的治疗效果。Guided bone regeneration(GBR)technique is commonly used to increase the width and height of the missing alveolar ridge to meet the requirements for restoration treatment.In this paper,a case of GBR technique combined with orthodontics was reported.The defect alveolar bone was repaired with GBR,the edentulous space was closed by orthodontic tooth movement in the repaired alveolar bone,satisfactory treatment results were obtained.
