摘　　要：下颌磨牙根管形态复杂,变化多样。报道下颌第二恒磨牙罕见三牙根伴近中三根管1例,其中近中颊根、近中舌根、远中根为三独立牙根,近中舌根为双根管。The shape of root canal in mandible molars is complex and various.4 case of rare independent radices dentis accompanying with mesiocclusion 3 root canals in the second molar of mandible is reported.The mesiobuccal root,mesciolingual root and distal root are 3 independent roots,including the mesciolingual root as a twin root canal.
