摘  要:目的研究翻转课堂在医学生尖锐湿疣教学中的应用效果。方法选取北京大学第三医院皮肤科进行医疗见习医学生90名,分为实验组及对照组由同一教师讲解尖锐湿疣并进行知识测试及满意度调查。组间比较采用行列卡方检验及两独立样本t检验进行统计学分析。结果随堂测试中,试验组选择题得分为(4.53±0.58),显著高于对照组(4.17±0.70),P<0.05;试验组总得分为(9.16±0.90),显著高于对照组(8.61±1.05),P<0.05;满意度调查中,试验组中29人(59.2%)认为该授课模式需要创新,显著低于对照组30人(73.2%),P<0.05。结论翻转课堂在八年制医学生尖锐湿疣教学中,较传统的教学模式有更好的教学效果及满意度。Objective To Investigate on application effect of flip classroom teaching in condyloma acuminatum teaching for clinical medical students.Methods Ninety medical students were selected from dermatology department of the Third Hospital of Peking University,Two groups were taught separately by a same teacher to explain the knowledge of clinical diagnosis and treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Knowledge tests and questionnaires were conducted to evaluate and analyze mastery of knowledge points and satisfaction with teaching mode.Statistical analysis was performed by row-column chi-square test and two independent samples t-test.Results In the in-class test,the score of choice questions in the experimental group was 4.53±0.58,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(4.17±0.70),P<0.05;The total score of the experimental group was(9.16±0.90),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(8.61±1.05),P<0.05;The satisfaction survey showed that 29(59.2%)students of the experimental group believed the necessity of the teaching mode innovation,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 30(73.2%)students,P<0.05.Conclusion The flip classroom teaching mode has better teaching effect and satisfaction than that of the traditional teaching mode in the teaching of condyloma acuminatum for eight-year medical students.
