PDCA循环法在超声医学实习教学中的应用价值

摘　　要：超声医学是一门实践性和应用性很强的学科,实习阶段的教学是医学生培养的最后关键环节。实践教学与理论教学同等重要,在掌握超声学科理论基础后如何有效的过度到实践工作中,让学生真正地做到理论联系实践。尽量在有限的实习阶段让学生初步掌握基础知识,书写报告,使用仪器,诊断疾病。PDCA循环是一种科学化、标准化、程序化的管理方法。超声实习阶段的教学也可以采用PDCA循环法,在这一过程中,我们可以发现问题并解决问题,这是一个良性循环。通过对比发现,采用PDCA进行教学管理,不仅可以提高了学生的临床操作技能,同时也提高了带教老师的综合能力,教学相长,效果明显。Ultrasound medicine is a course with strong practicality and applicability.The teaching of internship period is the key period of training students.Practical teaching is as important as theoretical teaching.After mastering fundamental theory of ultrasound,let students know how to go through the work of internship effectinely and how to connect thory with practice.In the limited internship report,using instraments and diagnosing illness.PDCA circulation method is a scientific,standordized and programmatic way.The teaching of internship can use PDCA circulation method.In this process,we can find problems and solve them.It is a virtuous circle.Through comparing,we can find that PDCA can not only improve the skills of clinical operation,but aiso improve teachers’mixed abilities at the same time.
