摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜胃癌根治手术对进展期胃癌治疗的效果。方法选择2014年1月—2016年1月收治的进展期胃癌患者66例作为研究对象,采用随机方法分为观察组和对照组。对照组进行常规胃癌手术治疗,观察组选择腹腔镜胃癌手术治疗,评价两种不同手术治疗的效果差异性。结果手术后对两组患者的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞(WBC)、白介素(IL-6)、标CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、并发症发生率和生存率进行比较,观察组都优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学差异。结论对进展期胃癌患者治疗时,通过腹腔镜胃癌根治手术治疗能够发挥理想治疗效果,改善患者的相关应激和免疫功能指标,降低并发症对患者的影响,同时提高患者的生存率。Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer.Methods 66 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with routine gastric cancer surgery,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery,and the difference between the two different surgical treatments was evaluated.Results After operation,the rates of C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell(WBC),interleukin(IL-6),standard CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,complications and survival of the two groups were compared.The observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05,with statistical difference.Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can play an ideal role in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,improve the related stress and immune function indicators of patients,reduce the impact of complications on patients,and improve the survival rate of patients.
