老年性脑萎缩脑出血的临床特点及治疗方法

摘　　要：目的研究老年性脑萎缩合并脑出血患者的临床治疗方式及特点。方法选取医院2017年4月—2019年2月收治的40例老年性脑萎缩合并脑出血患者,收集患者的临床资料,并做一个回顾性的分析。最后依据患者是否死亡,可将其分为存活组(n=22)和死亡组(n=18)。对比两组患者的临床表现特点,出血量、出血部位以及血肿形状。同时依照结果对患者的死亡原因展开深入研究分析。结果经过对死亡组患者的深入研究分析发现,内侧型与外侧型患者的出血量、死亡率相较混合型患者更高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);其中脑部出血量、脑室积血情况以及脑部血肿情况均是影响老年人发生脑萎缩合并脑出血死亡的主要因素。结论临床需对老年性脑萎缩合并脑出血患者的病情变化进行密切监测,为期尽早展开积极的救治,使得患者的死亡率显著降低,提高患者的预后生存质量。Objective To study the clinical treatment method and characteristics of senile cerebral atrophy complicated with cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods 40 cases of senile cerebral atrophy complicated with cerebral hemorrhage patients who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were selected,the clinical data of the patients were collected and a retrospective analysis was made.Finally,Depending on whether the patient died divided the patients into the survival group(n=22)and the death group(n=18).The clinical features,bleeding volume,bleeding site and hematoma shape were compared of the two groups.At the same time,according to the results,the causes of death for the patients were studied and analyzed in depth.Results After in-depth study and analysis of the patients in the dead group showed that the volume of bleeding and mortality in the patients with medial type and lateral type were higher than the mixed type,it has significant difference(P<0.05);and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The volume of cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral ventricular hemorrhage and cerebral hematoma were the main factors that affected the death of senile cerebral atrophy complicated with cerebral hemorrhage patients.Conclusion It’s necessary to monitor closely the condition changes of senile cerebral atrophy complicated with cerebral hemorrhage patients,and carry out active treatment as soon as possible,so that can significant reduce the death rate of patients,and improve the life quality of the patients.
