摘　　要：目的研究分析在胃癌患者的围手术期阶段的护理工作中实施快速康复外科护理方案的临床价值。方法随机抽选2017年3月—2018年7月在医院接受胃癌手术治疗的患者共计64例资料进行对照分析,抽签法分为观察组以及对照组,每组32例,对照组中患者接受围手术期常规护理,观察组中患者接受围手术期快速外科护理干预。对比两组患者的术后康复情况。结果观察组患者的排气时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上在胃癌患者围手术期阶段实施快速康复外科护理方案有利于提升护理效果,促进患者术后康复,具有较高的价值。Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of fast rehabilitation surgical nursing program in perioperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients who received gastric cancer surgery in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018 were randomly selected for comparative analysis.They were divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine perioperative nursing care,while patients in observation group received fast perioperative nursing intervention.Rehabilitation after operation was compared between the two groups.Results The exhaust time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fast rehabilitation surgical nursing program in perioperative period of gastric cancer patients is helpful to improve the nursing effect and promote the recovery of patients after operation,which has high value.
