自我效能在2型糖尿病患者D型人格与自我管理间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的:调查2型糖尿病患者的D型人格、自我效能及自我管理水平,并验证自我效能在二者之间的中介效应。方法:采用D型人格量表、糖尿病自我效能量表、糖尿病自我管理行为量表对某三级甲等医院234例2型糖尿病患者进行调查。结果:D型人格与非D型人格的2型糖尿病患者在自我管理各维度(t=-3.754,-4.084,12.890,-6.360,-5.667,-6.559;P<0.01)、自我效能各维度(t=-3.225,-2.702,-2.540,2.537,-2.446,-3.291,-5.366;P<0.05)存在显著差异;D型人格对自我管理直接效应为0.554,自我效能作为中介的间接效应为0.060。结论:D型人格2型糖尿病患者的自我效能、自我管理水平均偏低,自我效能在2型糖尿病患者D型人格与自我管理关系中起到部分中介作用。D型人格是相对稳定的人格特质,医护人员可通过提高患者自我效能来提高患者自我管理水平。Objective:To investigate the personality,self-efficacy and self-management of type D diabetes patients and verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy.Methods:A total of 234 patients with type 2 diabetes were investigated in a tertiary hospital with D-type personality scale,diabetes self-efficacy scale,and diabetes self-management behavior scale.Results:There were significant differences in self-management dimensions(t=-3.754,-4.084,12.890,-6.360,-5.667,-6.559;P<0.01)and self-efficacy dimensions(t=-3.225,-2.702,-2.540,2.537,-2.446,-3.291,-5.366;P<0.05)between type D and non-D personality type 2 patients.The direct effect of type D personality on self-management was 0.554,the indirect effect of self-efficacy as an intermediary was 0.060.Conclusion:The self-efficacy and self-management of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are low,and self-efficacy plays a partial mediating effect in the relationship between type D personality and self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes.Type D personality is a relatively stable personality trait,and health care workers can improve patient self-management by improving patient self-efficacy.
