摘　　要：栀子是卫生部颁布的第Ⅰ批药食两用资源,也是我国出口的大宗药材之一。本文利用Innography专利检索与分析平台,通过对技术生命周期、专利布局、竞争态势、IPC分类和关键技术等重要专利指标分析,探讨全球栀子专利技术领域的发展态势,并从技术布局国家、来源国家、竞争态势及技术主题等角度进一步挖掘该领域的核心专利。结果表明:全球栀子技术专利申请处于生命周期的第二阶段,即发展阶段,中国专利占据总量的93.7%,但日本国家掌握的核心专利最多。中国在栀子技术研发领域处于绝对主导地位,韩国和日本处于第二等级,目前正进入新一轮创新阶段。Fructus Gardeniae is not only the 1 stbatch of medicine and food resources promulgated by the Ministry of Health, but also one of the bulk medicinal materials exported by China. This paper discussed the developmental trend of global Fructus Gardeniae technology based on the Innography platform of patent retrieval and analysis, from analysis of important patent indicators like technology life cycle, patent layout, competitive situation, IPC category and key technologies. And the core patents in this field were further explored from the perspectives such as technological layout countries, source countries, competitive situation and technological them. The results show that the global patent application for Fructus Gardeniae technology is in the 2 ndstage of the life cycle, that is, the developmental stage. China has 93.7% of the total patents, but Japan has the most core patents. China plays an absolutely dominant role in the research and development of Fructus Gardeniae technology. South Korea and Japan are in the 2 ndlevel, entering a new round of innovation.
