摘 要:分析活塞配缸间隙对活塞2阶运动的影响,优化活塞动力学特性,对于发动机减振降噪具有重要意义。以非道路4缸高压共轨柴油机为研究对象,建立了活塞动力学计算模型及整机多体动力学计算模型,进行了配缸间隙对活塞动力学与发动机机体振动噪声影响的仿真分析;对机体和曲轴进行模态试验,验证了有限元模型的准确性。通过整机的仿真分析,结果表明:配缸间隙增大后,摩擦平均有效压力依次减小;活塞敲击力先小幅减少,然后急剧增大,最后趋于稳定。在主推力侧,不同配缸间隙计算方案均在2阶谐次下出现最大振动峰值;在次推力侧,振动在800~3000 Hz频段内差异比较明显,在2000~3000 Hz频段内差异尤为显著。机体噪声的1/3倍频程分析显示不同配缸间隙计算方案在中心频率500 Hz时出现最大声功率级。It is of great significance to analyze the influence of cylinder clearance on the piston’s secondary motion and optimize its dynamic characteristics,in order to reduce vibration and noise of the diesel engine.In this article,with the off-road four-cylinder high-pressure common-rail diesel engine as the research object,both the dynamic calculation model of the piston and the multi-body dynamic calculation model of the whole engine are worked out.The simulation analysis is conducted on the influence of cylinder clearance on the piston dynamics and the vibration and noise of the engine body.The modal test of engine body and crankshaft verifies that the finite element model is accurate.The simulation analysis on the whole engine shows that when cylinder clearance increases,the friction-based mean effective pressure decreases in turn.At first,the piston’s knock force decreases slightly;then,it increases sharply;finally,it tends to change stably.On the main thrust side,the maximum vibration peak of different schemes of cylinder-clearance calculation appears under the second harmonic order;on the secondary thrust side,vibration is significantly different in the 800-3000 Hz band,especially in the frequency band of 2000-3000 Hz.The one-third octave analysis on the body noise shows that the maximum sound power level occurs at the center frequency of 500 Hz for different schemes of cylinder-clearance calculation.
