摘  要:以考虑易损件的2自由度悬挂系统为对象,建立矩形波冲击下系统无量纲非线性动力学方程,易损件加速度响应求解选择4阶Runge-Kutta数值方法,以易损件加速度响应峰值与脉冲幅值比值衡量易损件冲击特性,脉冲时间、系统悬挂角或系统频率比等为变量,构建易损件的三维冲击谱,讨论冲击谱在系统频率比、悬挂角等参数影响下的变化规律。算例分析表明,系统响应对频率比参数敏感,较低频率比时易损件加速度响应峰值较大且出现波动,且当频率比在1的附近波动加剧时,增加频率比可有效地抑制易损件加速度响应峰值;较大频率比条件下,减小系统悬挂角可使系统获得较好的缓冲效果;系统响应对阻尼比较为敏感,当频率比、质量比、悬挂角等参数一定时,系统存在最佳阻尼比,系统设计满足合适阻尼比可有效抑制易损件加速度响应峰值。研究结果可为考虑易损件的悬挂系统设计提供理论依据。In this article,the dimensionless non-linear dynamic equation of the 2-degree-of-freedom suspension system of vulnerable components under the rectangular pulse is worked out,and the shock acceleration is explored with the aid of the 4-Order Runge-Kutta method.The three-dimensional shock spectrum is presented with the ratio of the maximum shock acceleration of vulnerable components to the peak pulse acceleration,with the pulse duration and the frequency ratio/the suspension angle as three basic parameters.Based on the case study,the effects of the suspension angle and the frequency ratio exerted on the shock spectrum are discussed.It is shown that the effect of the frequency ratio exerted on the system response is particularly sensitive;the maximum shock acceleration of vulnerable components is larger and it fluctuates at the lower frequency ratio.When the frequency ratio is close to 1,the fluctuation is intensified.As the frequency ratio rises,the maximum shock acceleration of vulnerable components decreases significantly.The shock acceleration of vulnerable components decreases at the high frequency ratio with an ever-decreasing suspension angle.As the parameters such as frequency ratio,mass ratio and suspension angle are defined,the system has the best damping ratio.The maximum shock acceleration of vulnerable components effectively decreases when the damping ratio is appropriate.The proposed method provides theoretical basis for the design of the suspension system of vulnerable components.
