摘 要:转子主动平衡控制过程中无法避免地存在时滞现象,这对高速转子系统的稳定性和动力响应产生显著影响,而时滞辨识是转子主动平衡控制研究中首要解决的难点问题。文章以转子系统为研究对象,建立了含时滞的转子主动平衡控制系统模型,设计了时滞辨识的优化目标函数,在果蝇算法基础上引入步长因子,提出了变步长的改进果蝇算法,使得迭代步长随迭代次数自适应变化,提高了算法的迭代速度和精度,最终实现了转子主动平衡控制系统的时滞辨识。实验结果表明,该文提出的时滞辨识方法能有效地辨识转子主动平衡控制系统的时滞量,且在迭代次数和精度上都优于标准的果蝇算法。Time-delay cannot be avoided in active balancing control process of the rotor, which has a significant impact on the stability and dynamic response of the high speed rotor system. Time-delay identification is a difficult problem in the research of active balancing control with time-delay. In this paper, taking the rotor system as the research object, the active balancing control system of the rotor with time-delay is established. Then, the optimization objective function of time-delay identification is introduced. The step factor is introduced to improve the fruit fly algorithm, which can make the iteration step size adaptively change with the iteration number, improving the iteration speed and accuracy. Finally, the time-delay identification of the rotor active balancing control system is realized. The experimental results show that the time-delay identification method proposed in this paper can identify the time-delay effectively, and the proposed method is superior to the traditional fruit fly algorithm on the aspect of iteration number and precision.
