医学教学模式改革下对临床麻醉医学生岗位胜任力的影响

摘　　要：为探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的教学模式改革对临床麻醉实习生的影响,我们通过构建岗位胜任力测评指标,对麻醉实习生进行教学改革评价与实习期试行,结果发现实习之前临床基本能力、医生职业精神与素质、掌握与运用医学知识被认为十分重要,科学发展次之,而对于综合能力如医患沟通能力、团队合作能力、基本公共卫生服务能力和信息与管理能力则被认为一般或者视临床实际情况而定。而实习之后发现实习生的各项岗位胜任力均有明显提高,尤其在综合能力方面。因此,以岗位胜任力为导向的教学改革能全面提高实习麻醉医师的岗位能力。In order to explore the impact of the post-competence-oriented teaching model reform on clinical anesthesia interns,we constructed a post-competitiveness evaluation index,conducted an evaluation of the teaching reform and an internship trial for the anesthesia interns,and found that the clinical basic ability before the internship.The professionalism and quality of doctors,the mastery and application of medical knowledge are considered very important,followed by scientific development,while the comprehensive ability are considered as general.After the internship,it was found that the competency of the internships was significantly improved,especially in terms of comprehensive ability.Therefore,the post-competitive-oriented teaching reform can comprehensively improve the post-ability of the intern anesthesiologist.
