摘　　要：建立一支质量合格、相对稳定的体育师资队伍,对顺利开展学校体育工作,实施、践行素质教育,培养德、智、体全面发展的合格人才,强化学生核心素养具有战略意义。运用文献资料法、历史资料法,对徐一冰先生体育师资培养思想进行研究,以期通过先生对师资培养的规格、规则、规范的评述,对当下体育师资培养工作起到借鉴作用。Building a stable qualified sports teaching staff in physical education is of strategic significance to smoothly carry out school sports work, to implement and practice quality education, to train qualified talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence and physical development, and to strengthen students’ core quality. This paper makes a study on Xu Yibing’s thoughts of training sports teachers by applying the methods of literature data and historical data. It is hoped that Mr Xu’s statements on the specification, the rules and standards for teacher training can provide reference for training sports teachers.
