摘 要:混频器是微波系统中的一个重要器件。某混频器在振动试验中损坏,需要对其进行分析,找出损坏机理并提出改进方法。因混频器尺寸过小无法进行试验,所以需要通过力学仿真方法来分析故障原因。相对于一般结构,该混频器力学仿真的关键在于内部微小元件的等效建模。通过分析可知,损坏的原因是内部磁环无固定措施,在振动过程中位移过大,造成连接导线受力过大,从而导致导线损坏。此结论不仅可以指导混频器的后续改进,还提供了此类微波器件振动条件下的变形特点和敏感频率范围,可作为解决类似问题的参考。The mixer is an important device of the microwave system.A mixer is damaged in the vibration test,so it is necessary to analyze the damage mechanism and find improvement methods.Because the mixer is too small to be tested,it is necessary to analyze the failure reason by mechanical simulation.Compared with general structures,the key of the mechanical simulation of this mixer is the equivalent modeling of the internal micro components.The analysis indicates that the cause of the damage is that the internal magnetic ring is not fixed,and the excessive displacement in vibration causes the excessive stress on the connecting wire,which leads to the damage of the wire.This conclusion not only can guide the subsequent improvement of the mixer,but also provides the deformation characteristics and the sensitive frequency range of such microwave devices under vibration condition,which can be used as a reference to solve similar problems.
