摘 要:创新是高校科研人才队伍创建与发展的关键因素。现阶段,高校科研管理能力的提升离不开创新发展,因此高校科研管理工作应实施创新改革,完善管理制度,改善发展体系,以具备更有效的发展策略与发展模式。文章对高校科研管理工作的现状进行分析,阐述现阶段创新对高校科研管理的重要性,并提出有效的管理策略,满足当下高校科研管理的需求,有助于高校科研管理顺应新时代发展。Innovation is the key factor for the establishment and development of scientific research talent team in universities.At this stage,the ability of the college scientific research management cannot leave the innovation and development,therefore the innovation of reforms in the scientific research management work of colleges and universities should perfect the management system,improve the development system,in order to have more effective development strategy and development model,this paper analyzes the present situation of university scientific research management,this paper expounds the importance of innovation for scientific research management in colleges and universities at present stage,and puts forward effective management strategy.In order to meet the current needs of scientific research management in colleges and universities,it is conducive to the development of scientific research management in colleges and universities in the new era.
