摘　　要：工匠精神是对待工作一种精益求精、追求完美的精神理念,有着专心专注、追求卓越、一丝不苟、协作共赢的时代内涵,但当前高职教育无论在学生自身,还是学校层面、社会层面,都存在一些问题,文章探讨了从校园文化渗透、教育教学融合、教师素质提高、导师制模式培养、产教融合中提升等途径来解决。Craftsman spirit is a kind of spirit concept of keeping improving and pursuing perfection in work.It has the era connotation of concentration,excellence,meticulousness and win-win cooperation.However,there are some problems in current higher vocational education no matter in students themselves,schools and society.This paper discusses the infiltration of campus culture,integration of education and teaching,improvement of teachers’quality and tutors system mode training,production and education in the integration of promotion and other ways to solve.
