摘　　要：文章以目前干部培训管理过程中常见的效率问题为基础,阐述了"互联网+"背景下在培训管理过程中如何利用伙伴云表格制作报名表、如何利用腾讯电子调查问卷制作培训教学质量评估表及培训项目评估表。同时,分析了以上述软件为代表的"互联网+"在应用软件中存在的局限,提出了提高效果的主要措施,并在实践过程中取得良好效果。Based on the common efficiency problems in the current cadre training management process,this paper expounds how to use partner cloud form to make application form,how to use tencent electronic questionnaire to make training teaching quality evaluation form and training project evaluation form in the training management process under the background of "Internet +".At the same time,this paper analyzes the limitations of the "Internet +" application software represented by the above software,puts forward the main measures to improve the effect,and obtains good results in the practice process.
