普通高校经管类专业校企合作模式的比较研究

摘　　要：文章结合普通高校经济管理类专业教育教学多定位于实践应用型的客观实际,分析校企合作的主要模式及相关特征,从校企双制和工学一体两个主要维度,就校企之间实现双主体育人、多链条衔接、社会资源融合等问题进行研讨,并研判校企合作的趋势和基本要求。结合现有实践和发展预期,从重构各方权力职责、实现主体共同治理、开展合作关系管理等角度提出构建普通高校经济管理类专业校企合作高质量长效运行的机制保障。Educational position in local universities’ economic management undergraduate education which is the types of practice and application,the two systems of cooperation between university and enterprise in integrated work and study are the important dimension in analyzing main models and the related characteristic of the cooperation.Ways of educating people,linking up chains,fusing the social resources are discussed for judging the basic requirements and trend of university-enterprise cooperation.Some guarantee mechanisms such as refraining the power or responsibility,developing the mutual governance with multiple subjects,practicing cooperator relationship management are all put forward to make the long-term effective high quality development.
