摘　　要：辅导员在大学生心理危机干预中承担着重要角色,是大学生心理危机的预防者、事件处理的协助者、危机事件干预后的关注者。辅导员要提高自身能力素质,建立学生心理健康档案,加强分类指导,常态化开展心理健康教育活动。掌握这些工作策略,才能发挥好辅导员在心理危机干预中的角色。The counselor plays an important role in the psychological crisis intervention of college students,and is a preventer of psychological crisis,a helper of incident handling,and a follower after crisis intervention.Counselors should improve their ability and quality,establish students’ mental health files,strengthen classified guidance,and normalize mental health education activities.Only by mastering these work strategies can counselors play their role in psychological crisis intervention.
