摘　　要：随着教育信息化的不断推进发展,高校的人才培养体系也在不断发生变革,如何探索出一条适合国情的人才培养道路,一直是广大学者研究的问题。文章通过对教育信息化的特征研究,再结合人才培养模式的实践,并在教育信息化这一大教育改革环境下,提出了现阶段适合我国高校信息化人才培养体系的可行性方法,通过对师资力量、信息化平台、教学方式三方面的改革,对于进一步推进高校的信息化建设,培养高技术、高素质的信息化、国际化人才具有重要意义。With the continuous development of educational informationization,the talent training system of colleges and universities is also undergoing continuous changes.How to explore a talent cultivation path suitable for the national conditions has always been a problem studied by scholars.Through the study of the characteristics of education informatization,combined with the practice of talent training mode,and in the context of education reform,this paper proposes a feasible method for the informatization personnel training system of colleges and universities in China.The reform of the three aspects of teacher strength,information platform and teaching methods is of great significance for further promoting the informationization construction of colleges and universities and cultivating high-tech and high-quality informationized and internationalized talents.
