摘　　要：文章首先分析了产学研合作模式的含义与价值以及如何强化高校社会服务职能来促进应用型人才培养,然后分析了当前产学研合作模式下高校培养应用型人才存在的问题,最后重点探究了产学研模式下高校培养应用型人才的有效策略,以期为我国高校应用型人才培养提供有益启示。This paper first analyzes the meaning and value of the industry-university-research cooperation model and how to strengthen the social service function of colleges and universities to promote the cultivation of applied talents.Then it analyzes the problems existing in the current industry-university-research cooperation model.Finally,it focuses on the effective strategies for the cultivation of applied talents.
