摘　　要：基于新时代复合型创新人才培养存在的问题,结合本单位以往经验,在理论与实践相结合的基础上,进一步提出理论实践结合、课内课外结合、校内校外结合的综合人才培养模式,并进行了实践研究。结果表明了培养模式的长期有效性及可扩展性。提高了人才培养质量及效率。Based on the problems existing in the cultivation of complex innovative talents in the new era,combined with the previous experience of the unit,we put forward a comprehensive talent training model including theory and practice integration,intra-curricular extracurricular integration,and internal and external school integration,on the basis of the combination of theory and practice.On this basis,we further carried out practical research.The results demonstrate the long-term effectiveness and scalability of the culture model.Improve the quality and efficiency of personnel training.
