摘  要:大学教学方式改革有利于为社会培养高素质人才,因而是一项常抓不懈的工作。老师转换教学方式是一个创新—决定的过程,并且其个人情感对于是否采用新的教学方式至关重要。既有驱动教学方式转变的因素又有阻碍因素,而各个驱动因素内部联系紧密且对教学方式的成功转变有关键作用。由于教师、学院以及学科的差异,因此大学教学方式转变没有千篇一律的做法。The reform of the teaching method of the university is beneficial to the development of high-quality talents for the society,so it is a common and untiring work.The teacher's way of teaching is an innovation-the process of decision-making,and its personal feelings are critical to the use of new teaching methods.The factors that have not only the change of the driving teaching method but also the obstacles,but the internal contact of each driving factor is tight and has a key role in the successful transition of the teaching method.As a result of the differences in the teacher,the college,and the subject,the promotion of the university teaching method has not been the same.
