摘　　要：目的:研究神经节苷脂结合康复干预治疗高危儿脑损伤的临床疗效。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治高危儿脑损伤患儿60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用基础治疗和康复干预,观察组在基础治疗和康复干预的基础上采用神经节苷脂治疗。比较两组智力发育、运动功能评分及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后智力发育和运动功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经节苷脂结合康复干预治疗高危儿脑损伤疗效显著,可显著改善患儿运动功能和智力水平,利于预后恢复。Objective:To research the clinical effect of ganglioside combined with rehabilitation intervention in the treatment of high-risk children with brain injury.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,60 high-risk children with brain damage were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 children in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment and rehabilitation intervention;While the observation group was treated with ganglioside on the basis of basic treatment and rehabilitation intervention.The scores of intelligence development,motor function and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of intelligence development and motor function in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ganglioside combined with rehabilitation intervention is effective in the treatment of high-risk children with brain injury,it can significantly improve the children's motor function and intelligence level and facilitate the recovery of prognosis.
