视频眼震电图在后循环缺血性单纯性眩晕诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨后循环缺血性眩晕诊断中运用视频眼震电图的临床效果。方法:2016年3月-2018年12月收治后循环缺血性眩晕患者70例作为观察组,选取同期来院体检的健康者50例作为对照组,两组均行视频眼震电图检查,对两组的检查结果进行比较分析。结果:观察组眼震电图异常发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无变位眼震及固视抑制失败。结论:视频眼震电图检查有助于后循环缺血性眩晕患者定位诊断,并能提供客观诊断依据。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of video electronystagmography in the diagnosis of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods:70 patients with ICV were selected as the observation group from March 2016 to December 2018,another 50 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group,all patients were examined by video electronystagmography,the results of the two groups were compared.Results:The abnormal rate of electronystagmogram in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no failure of displacement nystagmus and fixation inhibition in both groups.Conclusion:Video electronystagmography is helpful for the location diagnosis of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,and can provide objective diagnosis basis.
