摘  要:目的制作胆石症诊疗三维动画软件,并检测三维动画在胆石症CBL教学中的效果。方法通过解剖及影像学资料获取动画素材,应用多种软件制作包括胆石症病因、诊断、治疗、预防等内容的三维动画,并将其导入课件进行教学应用。结果选择Maya、Polygon、Max、Premiere等软件将胆石症的内容建模与三维动画仿真技术进行有机结合,做成时长17 min的三维动画,并应用于CBL教学实践获得良好的效果。结论胆石症教学三维动画可在短时间内展示胆道系统的解剖和诊疗知识,提高了CBL教学的效果,值得推广。Objective To make 3 D animation software for diagnosis & treatment of chole-lithiasis, and test the effect of 3 D animation in CBL teaching. Methods Animation materials we-re obtained through anatomy and imaging data, and 3 D animation which contains the causes, dia-gnosis, treatment, prevention and other contents of cholelithiasis was made by various software. All these materials were introduced into courseware for teaching. Results Software including Maya, Polygon, Max, Premier and so on were chosen to organically integrate the content of chol-elithiasis with 3 D animation simulation technology and make a 17-minute 3 D animation. Finally, good results were achieved by applying this 3 D animation into teaching practice. Conclusion 3 D animation of cholelithiasis can demonstrate the anatomical and diagnosis & treatment knowledge of cholelithiasis in a short time, and improve the effect of CBL teaching. It is worth promoting.
