摘  要:目的总结分析以"能力为本位"的教学模式在助理全科医师培养中的应用效果。方法以临床医学专业2017级新生为研究对象,选取实验班和对照班各2个,实验班运用以"能力为本位"的教学模式,对照班运用传统的教学模式。分别比较两班学生14门主要课程考试成绩和教学效果的满意度。结果实验班学生的理论、实验实训成绩均优于对照班;实验班教学效果也明显优于对照班。结论以"能力为本位"的教学模式能有效调动学生学习的积极性,提升了学生的职业能力和岗位竞争力。Objective To summarize and analyze the application effect of competency-based teaching model in assistant general practitioner training. Methods Two experimental and two control classes were selected for the freshmen from Class of 2017 majoring in clinical medicine. Competency-based teaching mode was adopted in the teaching of experimental classes, while tra-ditional teaching mode was utilized in the teaching of control classes. The scores of 14 main cour-ses and the satisfaction of the teaching effects of two kind of classes were compared. Results Students in the experimental class have better performance in theoretical and experiment exams than those in the control class. The teaching effect of the experimental class is also better than that of the control class. Conclusion Competency-based teaching mode could effectively arouse students’ learning enthusiasm and enhance their professional ability and job competitiveness.
