发生于肺叶间裂隙的肺错构瘤1例临床病理分析和文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨肺叶间裂隙错构瘤的病理学特征。方法通过对2018年11月15日入住马鞍山市中心医院的1例肺叶间裂隙错构瘤病人诊治经过进行分析,结合文献资料阐述该病的临床病理学特征。结果病人女,51岁;CT示左下肺占位。临床诊断为肺癌可能。手术切除瘤体,送检组织病理诊断:(左肺上、下叶间裂隙)错构瘤。结论肺叶间裂隙错构瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤,易误诊。根据病理组织学特征可以明确诊断。Objective To explore the clinic and pathological features of pulmonary interlobar fissure hamartoma.Methods Based on the analysis of the diagnosis and treatment course of a patient with pulmonary interlobar fissure hamartoma admitted to The Central Hospital of Ma’anshan on November 15,2018,the clinical and pathological features are discussed through literature review.Results Our case is a 51⁃year⁃old female patient.Pulmonary computed tomography(CT)scan:Left lower lung space occupying.The clinical diagnosis is suspected lung cancer.Surgery to remove the tumor,histopathological diagnosis:(Fissure between upper and lower leaves of left lung)hamartoma.Conclusions Pulmonary interlobar fissure hamartoma is a rare benign tumor with a high misdiagnosis rate.According to the histopathological characteristics,the diagnosis can be made definite.
