正畸和外科联合治疗上颌尖牙埋伏阻生的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨正畸和外科联合治疗上颌埋伏阻生尖牙的效果。方法:25例患者25颗上颌埋伏阻生尖牙,先用直丝弓矫治器初步排齐牙列,再采用外科开窗术充分暴露埋伏尖牙牙冠,粘接舌侧扣,局部扩展间隙的同时进行正畸牵引导萌。结果:25颗埋伏阻生尖牙均牵引进入正常牙列,且牙髓、牙周情况均正常。结论:正畸和外科联合治疗上颌尖牙埋伏阻生效果良好,可以应用于临床操作。Objective:To investigate the effect of combined orthodontic and surgical treatment on impacted maxillary canines.Methods:All 25 impacted maxillary canines of 25 patients were treated by orthodontic traction and eruption at the same time.The crowns of the impacted canines were exposed by surgical fenestration.Results:All 25 impacted canines were pulled into normal dentition,and the pulp and periodontal conditions were normal.Conclusion:The combined orthodontic and surgical treatment of impacted maxillary canine teeth has a good effect.
