摘　　要：滑触线已逐步成为移动式用电设备优选的供电方式。本文针对滑触线集电器机械操作性能自动检测问题,设计了一种可实现多状态机械操作性能检测的自动装置。文中分别对该装置的硬件、软件及自动控制程序部分进行了分析,并分别展示了软、硬件部分的整体设计效果。Trolley line has gradually become an optimized power supply mode for mobile electrical equipment.Aiming to automatic checkout problem of mechanical operation performance between trolley line and current collector,a kind of automatic equipment which can realize multistate mechanical operation performance checking is designed.Hardware,software and automatic control program of this equipment are respectively analyzed and discussed,and the overall design effects of hardware and software are showed.
