摘　　要：现代通讯领域的先进数字系统标准如Picmg3、VITA等均使用了IPMI的理念,并定义了独立的健康管理子系统。以VITA标准中系统管理总线为基础,围绕国产单片机XX32F103,建立了软硬件一体的系统健康管理解决方案,并将其成功应用于大规模集成电路的健康管理中。Advanced digital system standards such as Picmg3 and VITA in modern communications use the IPMI concept and define an independent health management subsystem.Based on the system management bus in VITA standard,this paper establishes a software and hardware integrated system health management solution around the domestic single-chip XX32F103,and successfully applies it to the health management of large-scale integrated circuit.
