摘　　要：本文采用照片对比、多人评价的方式,对某企业底着色透明涂饰工艺的实木制品色差状况进行了调研、测试。通过对调研结果的分类比对,找出相关工件易产生色差的关键部位,分析这些部位产生色差的主要原因,探讨了解决该企业色差问题的工艺改进方案。The chromatic aberration of solid wood products in a certain enterprise is investigated and tested by means of photo comparison and multi-person appraisement.Through the classification and comparison of the investigation results,the key parts of the related workpieces that are easy to produce chromatic aberration are found out,the main causes of chromatic aberration in these parts are analyzed,and the process improvement scheme to solve the problem of chromatic aberration is discussed.
