摘 要:本文探讨了木工刀具磨损检测与家具零件加工检测之间的关系,以及对提高家具产品质量和加强家具工艺系统管理的作用,联系当前家具生产刀具的使用情况,说明了开发木工刀具磨损检测技术的必要性。文章介绍了机器视觉检测技术,基于机器视觉检测技术的木工刀具磨损检测技术的特点,论述了构建针对木工刀具磨损检测技术的软件算法和目前已经取得的研究成果,展望了木工刀具磨损检测技术对家具生产工艺系统管理新技术的参考作用。This paper discusses the relationship between woodworking tools wearing detection and furniture parts processing detection,and the function of improving furniture product quality and strengthening furniture process system management.Machine vision detection technology are introduced in this paper.Based on machine vision inspection technology of the characteristics of woodworking tools wearing detection technology,this paper discusses the build software algorithms for woodworking tools wearing detection technology and current research results which have been obtained,prospects the woodworking tools wearing detection technology system management of the new technology of furniture production technology.
