摘 要:为研究构架柔性对车辆振动特性的影响,基于三维实体软件SolidWorks建立某型车转向架构架模型,再导入软件ANSYS建立构架的有限元模型,经子结构分析后提取相关信息,导入UM与ANSYS的接口程序得到构架柔性模型;将其导入某型车多刚体动力学模型,得到某型客车刚柔耦合模型.利用UM软件分析前后构架分别为刚性-刚性、柔性-刚性以及柔性-柔性模型的对车辆振动特性的影响.分析表明:考虑构架柔性对车辆系统横向振动响应影响较大,特别在高速运行时,相比多刚体模型,构架柔性模型的轮对、构架和车体的横向振动指标峰值明显增大;考虑构架柔性能够更加真实地模拟车辆系统的振动情况.建议研究高频激励如车轮不圆对车辆系统振动特性时,将转向架构架考虑成柔性体.In order to study the impact of framework elasticity on vehicle vibration characteristics,a bogie frame model is built based on the three-dimensional solid software of SolidWorks,and then the software ANSYS is imported to establish the finite element model of the frame.After substructure analysis,relevant information is extracted,and the interface program of UM and ANSYS is imported to obtain the frame elasticity model,then a coupled model of passenger car can be obtained by importing it into a certain type of car multi-rigid-body dynamics model.By using the UM software,impact on vehicle vibration characteristics when the front and rear framework are respectively rigid-rigid,flexible-rigid and flexible-flexible are analyzed.The result shows that the flexibility has a great impact on transverse vibration of vehicle system,especially in high speed running.Comparing with the multi-rigid-body model,wheel pair,architecture of the flexible architecture model and peak index of transverse vibration of the car body are increased.Since the flexibility of the frame can simulate the vibration of the vehicle system in a more realistic way,it is suggested to consider the bogie frame as a flexible body when studying the vibration characteristics of the vehicle system caused by high-frequency excitation,such as non-circular wheels.
