以可持续发展能力为导向，构建专业艺术设计人才培养模式

摘　　要：现如今,我国产业结构已步入调改深水区,繁荣发展的创新产业激励着产业模式在改革之路中砥砺前行,持续走好的发展压力与日趋扩张的专业人才需求,逼迫着高校艺术设计专业需要不断在人才培养模式上做出调整,积极转变培养目标、教学组织与实施、办学模式等各个环节设置,以求有效提高可持续发展能力,应对新时代下的产业发展新形势。怎样以可持续发展能力为导向,构建专业艺术设计人才培养模式,已成为新时代下展现艺术设计教育功能与价值的关键问题。Nowadays,our country has entered industrial structure adjust to deep water area,innovation industry motivates industry pattern of the development and prosperity of challenge in the road of reform,continued good development pressure and increasingly expanding professional talent demand,forcing the university art design major continually make adjustments on the personnel training mode,positive change training target,teaching organization and implementation,school-running mode,etc.,in order to effectively improve the ability of sustainable development,deal with the new situation under the new era of industry.How to construct the training mode of professional art and design talents with the guidance of sustainable development ability has become the key issue to show the function and value of art and design education in the new era.
