摘 要:为研究外源抗坏血酸对盐碱胁迫下海滨锦葵生长与离子富集的调节效应,利用NaCl、Na2CO3、NaHCO3、Na2SO4配制成4种浓度为30 mmol/kg的盐碱土壤栽培海滨锦葵,对幼苗喷施0.5、1.5 mmol/L浓度的抗坏血酸,测定了植株的生长指标、组织Na+浓度与离子转运系数等。结果表明,外源抗坏血酸对盐碱胁迫下海滨锦葵的生长抑制具有一定缓解作用,其中1.5 mmol/L抗坏血酸对地径、干重的缓解更显著;外源抗坏血酸对不同盐碱土中海滨锦葵的Na+富集与Na+转运的影响存在差异,但1.5 mmol/L抗坏血酸的调控效应相对较明显。In order to study the regulating effect of exogenous ascorbic acid on growth and sodium ion accumulation of Kosteletyzkya virginica in saline-alkali soil,NaCl,Na2CO3,NaHCO3 and Na2SO4 were used to prepare salina-alkali soil(concentration of 30 mmol/kg)for cultivation of Kosteletyzkya virginica.The ascorbic acid at 0.5 mmol/L and 1.5 mmol/L concentrations was sprayed respectively on leaves of K.virginica plants in this research,then the growth index,Na+concentration and ion transport coefficient of these treated plants were determined.The results showed that exogenous ascorbic acid could alleviate the growth inhibition of K.virginica under the saline-alkali stress,while the alleviations on stem diameter and dry weight from 1.5 mmol/L treatment were more significant than those from 0.5 mmol/L treatment.There were differences of Na+enrichment and Na+transport in K.virginica plants among four kinds of saline-alkali soil,but the regulations from 1.5 mmol/L ascorbic acid were basically more effective than that from 0.5 mmol/L treatment.
