氯化铵、亚硝酸钠和氯化镉对褶纹冠蚌幼蚌的急性毒理试验

摘　　要：在水温(24.0±0.5)℃、pH值7.5±0.5、溶解氧大于5 mg/L的条件下,本文采用半静水试验方法研究了氯化铵、亚硝酸钠和氯化镉对平均体长为1.5~2.0 cm的褶纹冠蚌幼蚌的急性毒性效果。结果表明,3种试剂对幼蚌的毒性由强到弱依次为氯化镉>氯化铵>亚硝酸钠,对幼蚌96 h的半致死浓度分别为32.02、165.63、287.58 mg/L,安全浓度分别为3.20、16.56、28.76 mg/L。受到3种试剂的胁迫后,褶纹冠蚌幼蚌出现心脏活力降低、蚌壳张开或斧足露出蚌壳外等中毒症状,最后导致死亡。幼蚌死亡率与3种试剂之间存在明显的剂量效应和时间效应关系。The acute toxicity effects of NH4Cl,NaNO2 and CdCl2 on Cristaria plicata juveniles with average body length of 1.5-2.0 cm were studied by semi-static water experimental method in this paper.The experimental water temperature was(24.0±0.5)℃,the pH value was 7.5±0.5,and the dissolved oxygen level was more than 5 mg/L.The results showed that the toxicity of three kinds of drugs on C.plicata juveniles from strong to weak in sequence was CdCl2>NH4Cl>NaNO2.The median lethal concentration of three kinds of drugs to C.plicata juveniles were 32.02,165.63,287.58 mg/L,respectively,and the safe concentration were 3.20,16.56,28.76 mg/L,respectively.After stress by three kinds of drugs,the C.plicata juveniles appeared some poisoning symptoms,such as the vitality of heart decreased,the shell was open or the axe foot was exposed outside and so on,which led to death.The C.plicata juveniles had obvious dose effect and time effect relationship between mortality rate and three kinds of drugs.
