香砂六君子汤对大肠癌术后化疗患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨香砂六君子汤对大肠癌术后脾虚气滞型患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2017年1月-2019年1月收治的90例大肠癌术后化疗并符合脾虚气滞证的患者,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组单用化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用香砂六君子汤进行治疗,两组患者持续治疗3个月,比较两组患者的卡氏评分、证候评分、生活质量核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分。结果:观察组卡氏评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),证候评分较之前相比降低(P<0.05),生活质量中功能评分较之前提高(P<0.05),生活质量中症状评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05);对照组卡氏评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),证候评分较之前升高(P<0.05),生活质量中功能评分较之前提降低(P<0.05),生活质量中症状评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组卡氏评分高于对照组(P<0.05),证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量中功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量中症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在术后化疗的基础上加用香砂六君子汤能够有效缓解脾虚气滞证患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,促进患者康复。Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction(香砂六君子汤)on the quality of life in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer of the Pixu Qizhi type(脾虚气滞型).Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each.The control group was treated by chemotherapy,while the observation group was treated with the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction more.Results:Compared with before treatment,the Karl’s score,the score of syndrome,and the quality of life were better in the observatin group(P<0.05),the Karl’s score in the control group was lower(P<0.05),the score of syndrome was higher(P<0.05),and the function score of life quality was lower,and symptom score of quality life was higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Karnofsky score in the observation group was higher(P<0.05),syndromescore was lower(P<0.05),and quality of life score was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,promote the rehabilitation.
