摘 要:以江西省内不同区域和省外引种驯化的45份茶树种质资源为材料,对其16个化学成分进行遗传多样性分析与鉴定评价。结果表明:江西茶树种质的化学成分存在丰富的多样性和变异,平均遗传多样性指数为1.91,平均变异系数为31.36%;通过主成分分析提取的前5个主成分代表了茶树化学成分多样性的80.135%信息,16个化学成分在各主成分中均有贡献,载荷图分析结果显示部分化学成分之间存在较大相关性;通过聚类分析将45份种质资源分为3个类群,每个类群中均有亚组,第1类群属于红、绿茶兼制类型,第2类群适合制作红茶,第3类群适合制作绿茶;从茶树种质资源中初步筛选出高水浸出物资源3份,高表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)资源6份,高儿茶素资源11份,低咖啡碱资源1份,低茶多酚资源4份。The genetic diversity of 16 chemical components of 45 tea germplasm resources,which came from different regions of Jiangxi province and introduced-domesticated from others,was analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that there were abundant diversity and variation in chemical composition of tea germplasms in Jiangxi province,with an average genetic diversity index of 1.91 and an average coefficient of variation of 31.36%.The top five principal components extracted by principal component analysis represented 80.135%information of chemical composition diversity of tea resources,and 16 chemical components contributed to each principal component.In addition,the load diagram analysis results showed that some chemical components were highly correlated.The 45 germplasm resources were divided into three groups by cluster analysis,which contained subgrops.The first group was suitable for making black tea and green tea,the second group was suitable for making black tea,and the third group was suitable for making green tea.Three high water extract resources,six high epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)resources,11 high catechin resources,one low caffeine resource and four low tea polyphenols resources were selected from tea germplasm resources.
