摘  要:共享经济作为新兴经济形态,其出现必然面临许多问题,发展、创新方向选择问题首当其冲。而随着现代营销时代的到来,顾客价值成为理论界与企业界共同关注的焦点,也成为企业盈利能力的重要影响因素。将顾客价值引入到共享经济的研究中,从一个新的视角入手,结合前人研究成果及我国实际情况,提出"共享经济型企业"概念,并对共享经济提出了新的分类标准。在此基础上,提出新的顾客价值评价模型,并通过对共享经济的主要受众进行调查,计算出模型的权重系数,得出具体的共享经济型企业顾客价值评价模型,同时演示计算顾客价值总水平及各类顾客价值水平的全过程,最后依据模型给出相应意见建议。Sharing economy is an emerging economic form,its emergence is bound to face many problems,especially the development direction problem. With the advent of modern marketing era,customer value has become the focus of both theory and enterprise. Customer value has also become an important factor affecting corporate profitability. In this paper,customer value is introduced into the study of sharing economy. Starting from a new perspective and combining with previous research results and China’s reality,the concept of"sharing economy enterprise"is proposed,and a new classification standard is proposed for the sharing economy. Based on this,a new customer value evaluation model is put forward,through investigate the primary audience of shared economy,calculate the weight coefficient of the model,it is concluded that the specific to different types of Shared economy enterprise customer value evaluation model,at the same time demonstrate calculation customer value total level and the whole process of the various levels of customer value and finally on the basis of model and advice are proposed.
