摘　　要：目的:探讨JAM-A和β1-integrin在食管癌中表达及其临床意义。方法:选取本院自2012年2月至2013年4月确诊的120例食管癌患者,以免疫组化法检测肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中JAM-A和β1-integrin的表达,进一步随访患者术后无疾病生存期,应用Cox模型多因素分析两种蛋白对食管鳞癌的预后意义。结果:JAM-A和β1-integrin蛋白在食管癌组织中高表达,与癌旁组织对比其表达存在显著性差异(P<0.05),相关性分析显示:JAM-A蛋白与β1-integrin蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.476,P<0.05)。Cox模型风险分析显示JAM-A与β1-integrin蛋白高表达可能提示食管鳞癌预后较差(P<0.05),且JAM-A是其独立危险因素。结论:JAM-A与β1-integrin的高表达可能与食管癌不良预后存在密切关系。Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of JAM-A andβ1-integrin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods:A total of 120 patients with ESCC diagnosed from February 2012 to April 2013 were enrolled in this study.The expression of JAM-A andβ1-integrin in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The prognostic significance of the two proteins for ESCC was analyzed by the Cox model.Results:The expression of JAM-A andβ1-integrin proteins were significantly higher in tumor tissues than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of JAM-A protein was positively correlated with the expression ofβ1-integrin protein(r=0.476,P<0.05).Risk analysis of Cox model showed that high expression of JAM-A andβ1-integrin protein may indicate poor prognosis of ESCC(P<0.05).JAM-A was an independent risk factor of ESCC.Conclusion:The high expression of JAM-A andβ1-integrin may be closely related to the poor prognosis of ESCC.
