黄芪对大运动量小鼠身体功能恢复的促进作用

摘　　要：黄芪为豆科植物,具有补中益气、扶正固本的功效,能提高机体细胞代谢功能和免疫细胞活性,增强人体免疫功能,促进身体功能的恢复。以此,本文为了分析黄芪饲料对大运动量之后小鼠身体的功能恢复情况,随机筛选40只健康的雄性小鼠,在训练过程中对小鼠饲喂黄芪,分析小鼠血检免疫指标。结果表明,对小鼠补充黄芪饲料能降低大运动量训练对机体免疫功能的影响,并且对小鼠运动能力的恢复和改善非常有利。Astragalus membranaceus is a leguminous plant,which has the effect of replenishing qi and strengthening the body,which can improve the metabolic function of cells,improve the activity of immune cells,enhance the immune function of human body and promote the recovery of body function. In order to analyze the functional recovery of astragalus feed to mice after large amount of exercise,40 healthy male mice were randomly selected. The mice were fed with astragalus feed during the training process,and the blood test and immune indexes of mice were analyzed. The results showed that the supplement of astragalus diet to mice in the process of large amount of exercise training could reduce the effect of large amount of exercise training on the body. The effect of immune function is very beneficial to the recovery and improvement of motor ability of mice.
