摘  要:为培育缢蛏Sinonovacula constricta抗高温品种(系),在10个全同胞家系中筛选3个耐高温家系(A、B、C),比较早期不同发育阶段缢蛏幼虫的半致死温度,并对各家系2、4、6、10、20、30日龄幼虫的生长、存活和抗高温性能进行了监测。结果表明:家系C较其他家系生长显著(P<0.05),在室内30、32、34、36、38℃温度下测定10(附泥期)、20、30日龄(出苗期)幼虫的半致死温度,发现同一时期内家系间的半致死温度有显著性差异(P<0.05),且家系C的存活率显著高于其他家系(P<0.05)。研究表明,以半致死温度为衡量指标,在缢蛏快生长选育系新品种“申浙1号”基础上进行家系耐高温定向选育,可实现在缢蛏家系幼体期耐高温性提前筛查,本试验结果可为耐高温品种选育工作提供基础数据。Three high-temperature resistant families of razor clam Sinonovacula constricta were screened from 10 whole sibling families of razor clam by growth,survival and high temperature resistance,and median-lethal temperatures(UILT 50)were compared in different days old larval stages of the 2,4,6,10(muddy period),and 20 and 30 water temperature of 30,32,34,36,and 38℃ to select the resistant high-temperature varieties(lines)of razor clam.The results showed that the family C had significantly better growth compared with the other two families(P<0.05),and that there was significant difference in the UILT 50 temperature among the families(P<0.05).The razor clam in family C had significantly higher survival rate than that in other families did.The findings indicate that UILT 50 temperature is used as a measure to carry out the breeding of the high temperature-oriented family on the basis of the new variety‘Shenzhe No.1’,which can achieve high temperature resistance screening in the larval stage of the family.
