摘 要:为加强我院医学人才队伍建设,培养高素质医学人才,针对近年来我院人才队伍建设中的问题和不足,从顶层设计上提出了科学编制人才队伍建设发展规划,建立实施五大人才培养工程,健全激励监督机制等一系列措施.随着上述措施的实施,我院高层次人才数量增多,人才结构趋于合理,促进了学科建设.从而提示我们,要把人才队伍建设作为一项系统工程常抓不懈,并贯穿落实到日常工作中,形成适宜人才成长的常态化氛围和环境,以推动医院全面发展.In order to strengthen the construction of medical talent terms in our hospital and train high-quality medical talents,in view of the problems and shortcomings in the construction of medical talents in our hospital in recent years,a series of measures have been proposed based on the top-level design,such as formulating development plan of the construction of talent teams,establishing five major talent training projects,and improving the incentive and supervision mechanism.With the implementation of these measures,the number of high-level talents in our hospital has increased,and the structure of the talent team tended to be reasonable,which promoted the discipline construction.These results suggested that we should make unremitting efforts to build the talent team as a systematic project,and implement it in daily work to create a constant atmosphere and environment beneficial to the growth of talent,so as to promote the comprehensive development of the hospital.
