性道德观念的历时变迁对译者产生的影响:析《哈姆雷特》中猥亵语的不同汉译本

摘　　要：莎士比亚的戏剧《哈姆雷特》中使用了相当数量的猥亵语。过去100年来,不同时期的不同译者对这些猥亵语给出了不同的汉语译文。本文选取了《哈姆雷特》中哈姆雷特同奥菲利娅之间涉及到猥亵语的一个对白片段,对不同历史时期不同译者的汉译文进行分析,旨在阐明中国不同历史时期性道德观念对译者翻译猥亵语所产生的影响。Quite a few bawdy expressions can be found in Shakespeare's Hamlet.These expressions are translated quite differently by different translators from different times over the past 100 years in their Chinese translations.This paper,by selecting one extract from Hamlet which is a dialogue between Hamlet and Ophelia and analyzing different translations by different translators at different times,aims to reveal that diachronic changes of sexual morality at different times in China differ radically,which has a far⁃reaching impact on their choices of lexicons and structures in their translations of bawdy expressions.
