摘　　要：粮食作为其他食品生产和加工的重要资源,保障了经济和社会的持续健康发展。本文分析了粮食质量安全的重要性,阐述了国家对粮食安全的高度重视,介绍了粮油标准对确保粮食安全的作用及存在的问题,并展望了粮油标准体系未来的发展前景。As an important resource of other food production and processing,grain has guaranteed the sustained and healthy development of economy and society.This paper analyzes the importance of grain quality safety,and the state attaches great importance to food security was elaborated,and the food and oil standards to ensure food security in the problems and role of a detailed introduction,and the future development prospects of the grain and oil standard system are summarized.
