摘  要:随着人们食品安全意识的提高,转基因食品的安全性也日渐受到关注,转基因食品的毒性、过敏性和营养价值等安全性具有争议。目前,我国严格控制转基因食品的种类,经批准的转基因类别方可上市,也陆续出台了相应的法规和管控措施,规范转基因植物的种植、生产和销售,让人们可放心食用。同时,国家强制要求普遍上市的转基因食品进行明确标识,让消费者知晓。With the improvement of the safety awareness of food,the safety of the genetically modified food has been paid more and more attention,and the safety of the toxicity,allergy and the nutritional value of genetically modified food is controversial.At present,China strictly controls the types of the genetically modified food,and only the approved genetically modified food can be listed on the market.Corresponding regulation and control measures have been successively introduced to regulate the planting,production and sales of tgenetically modified,so that people can eat them at ease.At the same time,it is compulsory to clearly mark the genetically modified food that is widely marketed to let consumer can understand it.
